  • Standard: General admission: 7 €, Reduced fare: 3 €
  • Flat rate (Valid for the National Archaeological Museum, the Byzantine and Christian Museum, the Numismatic Museum, the Epigraphical Museum): Full fare: 12 €, Reduced fare: 6 € 

Free admission:

  • Young people up until the age of 18 with a show of ID or passport.
  • Students of countries-members of the EU with a show of their student ID.
  • Employees of the Ministry of Culture, the Archaeological Resources Fund and the Credit Management Fund for the Execution of Archaeological Projects.
  • Members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).
  • Tour guides with a show of their professional ID.
  • Journalists with a show of their professional ID.
  • Teachers of elementary, middle and high school who are escorting their students.
  • Members of Friends of Museums and Archaeological sites with a show of a valid membership card.
  • Official guests of the Greek State, after approval of the Director of General of Antiquities and Heritage.
  • Escorts of blind people and/or people with special needs.
  • Free entry card holders.
  • Culture pass card holders

Free admission to everyone on the following dates:

  • April 18th: International Day of Monuments and Sites
  • May 18th: International Museum Day
  • June 5th: World Environment Day
  • Annually, the last weekend of September (European Heritage Days)

  • Every first Sunday of the month starting on November 1st till March 31st
